Veteran revenue leader joins RepCard to support continued growth

SALT LAKE CITY, UT — January 5, 2026 — RepCard announces today that Jess Reagan joins the company as Chief Revenue Officer. Reagan brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling revenue teams across SaaS, field sales and technology-enabled services.

Reagan is a seasoned go-to-market executive who has managed and influenced more than $1 billion in cumulative sales throughout his career. He is known for building revenue systems rooted in real-world sales execution while aligning product, sales, and customer success around measurable adoption and outcomes.
Most recently, Reagan served as Chief Revenue Officer and Co-Founder of Paiv (formerly Gamify), where he helped lead the company to multi-million-dollar revenue growth and raised $6.5 million in venture funding. At Paiv, he oversaw the full revenue engine, including sales, customer success, pricing strategy, partnerships, and go-to-market execution, while helping shape the product roadmap based on frontline sales insights.
Across his career, Reagan has built and led teams responsible for large-scale sales operations, recruiting platforms, and revenue enablement systems used by thousands of sales professionals. His background blends deep field sales experience with modern SaaS GTM strategy, making him particularly effective at designing products and revenue motions that teams actually adopt.
At RepCard, Reagan is responsible for revenue strategy and execution as the company continues to scale its platform for modern sales professionals and teams.
